integrations

Business, commerce and development tools

Connect Shopify, Daraz, PayPal Business, accounting providers, GitHub and productivity tools, and know what each one makes available.

· OpenbirdAI documentation

OpenbirdAI's non-social integrations cover commerce, payments, accounting, development and productivity. Each connection is scoped to the provider's own API, so what you can ask depends on the exact services that provider exposes.

This guide describes a capability that depends on the connected provider, the permissions granted to it, and your current plan. If the provider cannot supply the required data, OpenbirdAI reports it as unavailable rather than estimating.

Commerce and payments

  • Shopify — store orders, products and customer records the account can access.
  • Daraz — marketplace order and product context for authorised seller accounts.
  • PayPal Business — authorised business transaction and settlement context.

Commerce answers are scoped to the connected store or business account. Reporting across several stores requires a question per store, or an authorised export rather than an inference.

Accounting

  • QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Accounting and Zoho Books — authorised invoices, expenses, accounts and reports.
  • PayPal Business sits alongside them for settlement context, and reports reconcile against the accounting system rather than replacing it.
Accounting figures are the most consequential answers OpenbirdAI produces. Always confirm a financial figure against the provider record before acting on it, and remember that OpenFeather's interpretation is not accounting advice.

Development and productivity

  • GitHub — repositories, commits, pull requests and issues the token can reach.
  • Notion — pages and databases the connected workspace exposes.
  • Discord and Slack — authorised channel and message context.

Asking well

text
"List my Shopify orders over 500 USD from the last 30 days with fulfilment status"
"Summarise this month's Xero expenses by category"
"What changed in the notifications repository in the last two weeks?"

Name the provider and the time range. Accounting and commerce providers frequently return large result sets, so narrowing by date and size keeps answers accurate and fast.

Why one provider rarely answers for another

Each provider has its own object model. A Shopify order is not an Xero invoice, and a GitHub pull request is not a Notion page. OpenbirdAI will not silently translate between them, because doing so would invent relationships that do not exist.

  • Ask each source separately and compare the results yourself.
  • Ask OpenFeather to state which source each figure came from.
  • If you need a combined view, produce it from an export rather than an inference.
When figures from two systems disagree, that is usually a real difference in scope or timing rather than a bug.

Common questions

Can OpenbirdAI file taxes or make payments for me?

No. Accounting connections are read-oriented. OpenFeather can summarise and compare, and can prepare something for a professional to action.

Why does a GitHub answer miss private repositories?

The token only reaches repositories the connected account can access. Grant repository access, then reconnect so the new scopes apply.
